This is one of the famous and rare original posters produced by music producer Ray Ruff in 1990. This is not a re-issue! The poster was introduced to promote the LP “Elvis Vintage 1955″ on the OAK label (OAK – 1003) Sun Recordings and Interviews with Scotty Moore… the original Album cover (pictured below) was in Black and White, the artist colorized the photo and printed a few hundred of this poster. The Vintage LP was made in 1955 by Elvis and was supposed to be sold exclusively through the United States Postal Service… but the Post Office then decided not to market the LP to the public, and they were only sold to Postal Employees. Photo was taken by Ray Ruff in early 50′s in Texas.
